Transformation of the Day: Fantasia lost 37 pounds. She had a clear vision for herself and knew she could manifest it if she just did the work and stayed focused. This Truck Driver shares with us how she got results with an active lifestyle and healthy eating habits.
What was your motivation?
My motivation was the vision that I had for myself and what I could be if I just did the work.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
What inspired me to keep going was that people started to see the changes that resulted from my weight loss, and it felt great! Also, when I wanted to give up, thinking about the progress and work I’d already put in kept me going. I couldn’t go back now!
How did you change your eating habits?
It’s hard sometimes, and I cheat some days. However, I also fast. I stopped eating all the time and cut out red meats, bread, rice, eating out, etc. I also stopped snacking on unhealthy snacks.
I began drinking nothing but water-No juice or drinks. I also ate more vegetables, fruits, and nuts. (Plant-based or substitute options. The good stuff over the bad…but the bad stuff in moderation.)
What is your workout routine?
Well, I’m a Truck Driver. So I get a full-body workout five days a week. In addition, I occasionally go walking and do some at-home workouts on my weekends!

Starting weight: 195/197 pounds

I started my journey August 2022. It took from August 2022 to current (November 2022).
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No, I’m too scared for surgery!
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
You can do ALL things through CHRIST, who strengthens you.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Just do it. Now!
